The registration for ISPAD 2026 in Rio is now open!

This year’s conference is open to Face-to-Face delegates and will offer no option to register as a virtual attendee.

The onsite registration inlcudes the following:

CAUTION: Be aware of fake agencies that claim to offer registration for ISPAD 2026 through fraudulent websites and/or by contacting you directly via email. These fraudulent websites will look similar to the official ISPAD 2026 conference website but are not the official one. The only official agency handling registration is K.I.T. Group GmbH located in Berlin, Germany. The only email addresse(s) you should communicate with will end in @kit-group.org.

To benefit from the ISPAD Member Registration Fee, your membership must be valid for both the time of registration and during the conference. Please make sure to apply for or to renew your membership if necessary. Otherwise, the Organizer reserves the right to change the registration fee to a higher non-member fee.
To benefit from the reduced fee, the Organizer may request proof of profession or occupation. You will receive a separate email if needed. The following proof may be required:

* To be able to register as a student, fellow or trainee, you must present proof of full-time enrollment at a recognized university or college for both the time of registration and during the conference.

* To be able to register as a nurse, educator, dietitian, psychologist or other healthcare professional a supporting letter with a business letterhead, signature and stamp from your Head of Department is required describing your status for both the time of the registration and for the time of the conference. Alternatively, you can submit a copy of your registration or practicing certificate or an ID from your institution if your profession is stipulated on it.

* To be able to register as a Patient Advocate: The patient’s voice is essential, this is why ISPAD is pleased to open its registration to patient representatives and patient advocate associations wishing to spread the word of the scientific community and HCP among the patients. To benefit from the reduced price, please send us proof that you are affiliated to such an association (an Email address confirming your affiliation to the community, a link to an article you have authored or regular posts in social media for example).

Please note that patient advocate supported by the industry cannot benefit from the reduced fee.

NOTE: Patient Advocate will be identified as such on their name badge. Industry representatives onsite (exhibitors and sponsors) may decide at their own discretion not to interact with you on their stand, and to not let you attend their satellite symposium, in accordance with the good practice and compliance rules of their home country as well as Brazil.

Media Registration

If you are a journalist and wish to attend the conference, please kindly send an email to ispad-registration@kit-group.org to receive a media registration form. There is no registration fee for accredited media representatives. However, to register as a media representative, you must submit a copy of your official press card.

 

Sustainability

ISPAD is committed to a more sustainable future. In addition to our efforts to reduce resources and waste in recent years (fewer printed documents, no more bags, no more water bottles, etc.), this year again we are introducing a “carbon contribution reward“ of 5 or 10 € upon registration. This contribution is left to your discretion and will be entirely donated to a local environmental protection project. More information will follow soon.

ISPAD accepts no liability for injuries or losses of whatever nature incurred by the participant, nor loss of or damage to their luggage and/or personal belongings. Please check the validity of your travel insurance.

Neither ISPAD, nor its council, committees, representatives, agents or suppliers, shall be held liable by any person as a result of the cancellation of the event or of any of the arrangements, programs or plans connected therewith, or for any injury, damage or inconvenience which may be suffered by any person while traveling to or from the event, or during such person’s presence in connection with this activity.

Participants are fully liable for damages caused to third parties and property.

A travel insurance policy to cover theft, loss and medical problems is recommended. ISPAD will not be held liable for illness, accidents or thefts suffered by participants during their travel and stay.
