Registrations for five or more attendees will be handled separately as group booking. Please use the Group Booking Link to register your company and order the number and type of registrations required. After submitting your group registration, you will receive the invoice(s) and an excel name list template to fill in the personal details of your group members. Payments must be made via bank transfer and in EUR only.
New group requests will be considered until October 20, 2026, 23:59 CET (names, required data and payment in full must be made until October 23, 2026) to guarantee a smooth procedure. After that date, only individual online registration will be possible. All other regulations mentioned in the ISPAD General Terms and Conditions also apply to group registrations.
